Foscarini lamps + Frelly

I’m deeply excited to present my latest work for Foscarini’s editorial project “What’s in a Lamp?”, a platform that invites international artists to reinterpret light and the Foscarini collections through free, personal visions.
The project began as a quiet observation of form—of those lamps whose silhouettes seemed to already whisper something wearable, almost as if they belonged closer to the body than to the space around it. From that intuition, the transformation into headpieces emerged not as a forced gesture, but as a natural shift in perspective—where light becomes adornment, and design slips gently into the realm of identity and presence.
In this passage between object and body, the work explores light not only as illumination, but as a language: intimate, expressive, and capable of reshaping how we see and are seen.
